Your school district arranges AVRA service and sets the route. You do not need to request a quote.
- Questions about pickup time, the driver, or a change to tomorrow's ride: call dispatch at (617) 820-0701.
- Route changes must reach dispatch by 8 PM the night before.
- Questions about eligibility or the IEP: contact your district's special education office.

Use the form above or call and ask for the operations manager.
- Route plans within five business days of a request.
- McKinney-Vento and DCF routes running within two school days when a van is available in the area.
- Insurance certificates and 7D records sent on request.
Visit the yard
District staff are welcome to see the vans, the lifts, and the dispatch desk before signing a contract.
Visits are by appointment. The yard is in Quincy, near I-93 and Route 3A, about ten minutes from the Braintree split. Call (617) 820-0701 or email info@callavra.com to set a time. Mornings between 8:30 and 1:00 work best, after the morning runs and before the afternoon runs leave.
- Bring a list of the students or routes you are bidding out, if you have one.
- Ask to see a pre-trip inspection log and a driver file. We keep them ready.
